I-9 Verification — Authorized Representative Services

I-9 Authorized Representative
As a designated Authorized Representative I verify new employee identity documents and complete Section 2 of Form I-9 on behalf of the employer. This service is ideal for remote workers, small businesses without HR departments, staffing agencies, and employers who cannot meet new hires in person. Available mobile throughout Houston metro area.

Note: I-9 verification is not a notarization. No notary seal is applied to Form I-9. Designation as Authorized Representative must come directly from the employer.
Apostille Preparation Services
Professional apostille preparation and submission for documents going abroad.
I prepare your documents for apostille certification through the Texas Secretary of State — including proper notarization of non-recordable documents, completion of Form 2102, and submission coordination. Ideal for powers of attorney, diplomas, background checks, affidavits, business documents, and immigration paperwork destined for use in foreign countries.
