Mobile Notary Services

I Come to You — Home, Office, Hospital, or Anywhere You Need Me

CandaceJ Notary provides professional mobile notarization throughout the Houston metro area including Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Conroe, Baytown, Pasadena, Sugar Land, and Katy. Available 7 days a week including evenings — because your schedule does not always fit a 9 to 5.

What is a Mobile Notary?

A mobile notary is a commissioned Notary Public who travels to the client's location to perform notarizations — rather than requiring the client to come to a fixed office. As a Texas-commissioned Notary Public I am authorized to perform notarizations anywhere within the State of Texas. I bring everything needed for a professional, legally compliant notarization directly to you.

Acknowledgments

The most common notarial act. Used for powers of attorney, deeds, real estate documents, and contracts where the signer confirms the signature is theirs.

Jurats

Required when the signer must swear or affirm that the contents of a document are true. Used for affidavits, sworn statements, and depositions.

Copy Certifications

Certification that a photocopy is a true and accurate copy of an original document. Used for diplomas, transcripts, and personal records.

I Come to You — Wherever You Are.

Home

The most common request — I come directly to your residence at a time that works for you including evenings and weekends.

No need to find a UPS store or bank. I bring the notary to your door.

Office or Business

Schedule a professional visit to your workplace. Ideal for businesses needing multiple documents notarized in one visit.

Hospital or Care Facility

I provide compassionate and professional notarizations for patients, residents, and families at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, and hospice facilities.

Any Location

Coffee shop, library, real estate office, title company, or anywhere else you need me — if I can get there I will be there.
